## HOW IT WORKS

* Streamers start with 3 keys
* Each race they run uses a key
* They get a new key every hour, up to 3 total

![](/files/G67zdkVcbtEA3gJBL3st) Viewers can join ANY Chat vs Bots race. If a viewer joins with a ticket, they get EXTRA prizes in that race.

* Viewers start with 3 tickets
* If they have a ticket, it will show up next to their name and they'll be eligible for extra prizes. Otherwise they can join and get normal prizes.
* They get a new ticket every hour, up to 3 total

Each mastery level will have new challenges and new rewards to take on! :)

## Share your feedback!

We're SUPER excited about this new mode, and bringing additional challenges, content, and rewards to the community. We think Chat vs Bots takes a lot of the good we heard from our original challenger mode, but adds in more variety, and better pacing for content.

As with any changes, we'd love to hear your feedback - both as you first try it out and as you continue to use it across streams and make progress throughout the season. We'll be looking to make improvements and changes in future releases + seasons based on your feedback. Hop in our discord or let us know on Twitter!
